Lieutenant Daniel McCreedy is an exemplary law officer in the LAPD. Because of his excellent record, he is asked to partner Special Agent James Sanchez in El Paso, Texas. James, for two years, has been watching and waiting to bring down a truly evil gangster called Ramon Desantis.
