This Children’s book has been inspired by our beautiful and brave daughter, born with Complex Bilateral Talipes.The times Angelica could get into the bath during her treatment were rare but when she did, she turned into a water baby, this is where she got her name, “”Mermaid!”” from.This book is based on the second stage of her talipes journey. As part of her Ponsetti treatment, Angelica had her tendons cut, put back into casts before bracing started. Bracing meant wearing special boots connected with a bar.
