Memoirs: An Intellectual Property Journey

The field of Intellectual property law is complex and intriguing with an extremely wide application. It impacts on corporate and commercial environments and span over multi disciplines. In my many years as in-house corporate lawyer and later actively involved in technology transfer and licensing of intellectual property at university and corporate level, conducting many due diligence projects for a broad variety of deals I realised the essential requirement of having a very wide range of skill sets and access to networks of lawyers specialising and being knowledgeable in many facets of the law. I am passionate about education and researching new environments I am unfamiliar with.
