The second book in a 2 book series, Closure (the follow-up to Better Man) is a first-hand account of 1 gay man’s relationships, as the author experienced them at the time. The author is a present-day Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, so the memoir also incorporates psychological aspects and lessons learned along the way over his 20’s and 30’s. Mistakes and regrets, humor, love and loss, and healing are all major parts of this story. Relationship dynamics – both healthy and toxic, red flags, sex, drugs, and realizations made along the way are all key factors as well. Plus some suggestions and direct advice given by the author to help the reader have more success in love by avoiding problematic partners, communicating more effectively, and finding humor when discerning lessons learned from one relationship to the next.
