Adequate inf rastructural facilities and high human development are the preconditions of economic growth of an economy. Gujarat is a fast growing state with high economic growth but comparatively low human development. Though , Gujarat’s economy has shown a consistently increasing rate of economic growth, yet the state was unable to imp rove its rank in HOI.
